Questions about the connection

Which AI assistants can I use?

Check the connection guide in your Flying settings for supported setup options and compatibility requirements.

Do I need a Flying account or a particular plan?

You need a Flying account and access to the features you want to use. The connection uses your existing account permissions and plan. Some keyword metrics and advanced keyword tools require Keyword Basic or Keyword Pro. Your assistant may also have its own access requirements.

Are all research results live?

Stored product research includes dated observations. You can request a fresh live product search where supported. Review observation dates when comparing results, and remember that search interest is not a measure of sales.

Can the assistant predict what will sell?

It can help you examine the available research, compare products, and develop ideas. Product samples, rank history, and keyword data do not guarantee future demand, sales, or profitability.

Does a trademark check mean a phrase is safe to use?

The tools return matching trademark records for review. Neither a match nor the absence of a match establishes legal clearance for a product or phrase.

What can my assistant change in my account?

The permissions you grant determine which actions are available. These can include saving and managing favorites, keyword lists, and trademark lists. Review the requested access when connecting and manage it in Flying connection settings.

How do I disconnect my account?

Revoke the connection or remove its access token in Flying connection settings. You can also remove the Flying connection from your assistant. If you want to reconnect later, follow the setup instructions again.
